We can help you design a one of a kind event that will be absolutely fabulous, stylish and chic. Because no two events are ever alike, nor should they be, My Bride Idea tailors each event to suit the needs of the client; therefore design fees are dependent on clients. We take the time to listen to your vision and understand how we may best serve you to achieve your dream. We offer a complimentary one (1) hour event consultation at your location of choice.
Services & Fees
Wedding planning fees will vary and are heavily dependent on dynamics such as the time and date of event, size, location and logistical elements. Below is a general idea of the packages we offer. Custom packages can be designed. We create beautiful events that work with every budget.
Available Packages as of October 2009
I offer packages that range from day of coordination to full wedding planning. MBI will help you select everything from you venue to your get away car.
An assistant planner is also offered for a small fee and is highly recommended for larger weddings.
Simplicity Package- From $600
*Also considered as Day Of Coordination-Includes 15 hours of pre-wedding get together's. This can include, but not limited to, dress fittings, vendor meetings, tasting's, etc. Up to two hours for the rehearsal is included with this package. We will create a wedding day timeline and contact all of your vendors two weeks before the big day. On your wedding day we arrive early and will set up any items you have that are not provided by another vendor (candles, programs, table numbers, etc.). We will make sure your timeline flows, and all your vendors are on the same page. We will also make sure that everything is taken care of at the end of the night after your grand exit. We are always available via phone or email to answer questions and give advice.
Elegance Package- From $800
*This package is for the bride that feels a bit overwhelmed the last few months before the big day. The Elegance package includes all of the above services with unlimited hours for vendor meetings, tasting's, dress fittings, etc. Helping you find vendors, stay with in your budget, and selection of invitations and favors are just a few things you will receive with this package.
Legacy Package- From $1400
*Full service coordination-We’ll cover everything from linens and lighting to gown designers and favors, and even budget and checklists. Personal guidance and custom design uses your love story as the inspiration to create a comprehensive “theme”. This package includes all of the above services. I will also help you with vendor selection, stationary products (save the dates, thank you cards, etc.), make reservations for your out of town guests, and much more. Your wedding will be transformed into an experience that won’t be forgotten!
A La Carte
*Services offered, but not limited to:
Vendor selection, stationary products, favor selection, orchestrate rehearsal, arrange transportation, welcome baskets, & coordination of honeymoon arrangements. Please contact us for prices.
